On this trip we will depart from the city of Tarapoto on our journey to see the Moyobamba city orchids.
Then we will visit the Nature Reserve Aguajal - Renacal Rio Abisado Tingada, This ecological reserve is located in Puerto de la Boca del rio Huascayacu. Here you can discover the diversity of flora and fauna traveling in small canoes.
We will visit the Gocta waterfall, widely considered one of the top three, most beautiful in the world.
In Karajía, we will visit the only known burial grounds only of its kind where you can find the Purum Sarcophagi. The anthropomorphous sarcophagi resemble funeral bundles that are given wooden masks typical of the Horizonte Medio.
We will also see the Kuelap Fortress, the largest stone structure in the Americas, over 3000 feet above sea level, which has captured the attention of archaeologists, international magazines and film companies specializing in tourism and archeology.
After arriving to the city of Chachapoyas, we will be directed towards the Mausoleums of Revash located on top of a cliff.
Our next stop is the Necropolis of Otuzco. Here the “windows” of the tombs are carved entrances in a series of horizontal rows that have been hollowed out to form square and rectangular burial chambers in volcanic rock. Finally you will visit the city of Cajamarca, where you can visit the Plaza de Armas, the complex of Bethlehem, Atahualpa's ransom room, among others sights.
